Bet09 Terms and Conditions — Rules and User Rights

Welcome to bet09 — Brazil's Sports Betting and live casino platform. This document was written to actually be read, not ignored. We've kept the language clear and straightforward — no unnecessary legal jargon — so you know exactly what you can and cannot do on the platform, what your rights are as a user, and what our obligations are as the operator.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services available on the bet09 platform, including live and pre-match Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, jackpots, and all features available at bet09.click.

To create an account with bet09, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bet09 verifies the age of all users and immediately closes any underage account identified.
• Be resident in Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal. Your CPF is your account's unique identifier — an account cannot be created without it.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion in any responsible gambling program registered in Brazil.
• Not be employee, service provider, or immediate family member of bet09 employees or its technology and content providers.

Each user may hold only one active account at bet09, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or bypass restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being blocked and any bonus balances being cancelled.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bet09 may request identity verification documents (KYC process) at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Accepted documents include RG, CNH, and passport.

Bet09 accepts the following payment methods, all exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$):

Withdrawal Rules: To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified with a confirmed CPF. The withdrawal method must belong to the same account holder whose CPF is registered at bet09 — transfers to third-party accounts are not accepted. The Pix key used for withdrawals must be linked to the account holder's CPF.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Withdrawals requiring manual review for security reasons or incomplete KYC may take up to 48 hours — the user will be notified by email in such cases.

Bet09 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any banking fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

Sports and casino betting at bet09 follows these general rules:

• A bet is only confirmed once the confirmation message is displayed on screen and the bet receipt appears in your account dashboard. Bets still being processed may be automatically cancelled in the event of a technical failure — with no deduction from your balance.
• The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds applied to the ticket. For live betting, odds may shift between the click and the confirmation — the system will show the updated odds before finalizing, and the user can choose to accept or cancel.
• Bets on events that are suspended, cancelled, or postponed by more than 48 hours are voided and the stake returned to the wallet. For events postponed and played within 48 hours, the bet remains valid.
• Parlay bets (multiples) containing two or more events from the same match or strongly correlated competition may be voided at bet09's discretion if the correlation undermines market integrity.
• Bet09 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user. These limits are displayed in the interface before the bet is confirmed.

Odds Errors: In the event of clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or input mistake, bet09 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the full amount to the user's wallet. The criterion for identifying incorrect odds is a significant discrepancy from the reference market at the time of publication.

Live Betting: Live bets are subject to temporary suspension during critical match moments — goals, penalties, red cards — to protect market integrity. This is expected behavior and does not constitute a technical failure of the platform. Cash Out may also be temporarily unavailable during those same moments.

Bet09 offers a welcome bonus, recurring promotions, and loyalty programs for registered users. The specific terms of each promotion are published at Promotions and take precedence over the general rules in this section where there is any difference.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance, kept separate from your real balance. The bonus balance must meet the specified rollover requirement before it can be converted into real balance available for withdrawal.
• The standard minimum rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount, with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. The rollover for casino bonuses varies by promotion — generally between 20x and 40x.
• The rollover completion period starts on the date the bonus is activated. Bonuses not rolled over within the deadline are automatically cancelled without conversion.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Activating a new bonus while another is already active may cancel the previous one — the system will prompt you for confirmation before the switch is made.
• Bonuses obtained through misuse of multiple accounts, false information, or exploitation of technical loopholes will be voided and the account may be closed.

Bet09 treats user information security as a non-negotiable priority. The key security measures currently in place include:

• 256-bit SSL Encryption across all data transmissions between the user's device and the platform's servers.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all users as an additional layer of account access protection.
• Continuous monitoring of suspicious access patterns, with preventive blocking in the event of anomalous activity and immediate notification to the user by email.
• No storage of full credit card details. Only tokenized payment tokens are retained to process recurring transactions.

How your personal data is handled is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, drafted in accordance with the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018). You have the right to access, correct, export, and request the deletion of your data at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing suporte@bet09.click.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — email and password — confidential. bet09 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, lock your account immediately through the dashboard and contact support.

Bet09 believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That is why we actively invest in responsible gambling tools and practices for all users on the platform.

Tools available directly in your account dashboard include:

• Deposit limits daily, weekly, and monthly — you set the maximum amount you can deposit in each period.
• Loss limits daily, weekly, and monthly — once the limit is reached, new bets are automatically blocked until the next cycle.
• Temporary self-exclusion — voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and no marketing communications are sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure. Any real balance available is returned to the user; bonus balances are forfeited. The account cannot be reactivated.
• Full history of bets, deposits, and withdrawals — so you can track your gambling patterns clearly.

Bet09 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age. Any suspected underage use is investigated as a top priority and results in immediate account suspension. Closure by the User: Any user may request voluntary account closure at any time through the settings panel or via support. Any available real balance in the wallet will be returned via Pix to the account holder's CPF after identity verification. Unconverted bonus balances are cancelled upon closure.

Closure by bet09: bet09 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following cases:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent bet limit restrictions.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity related to the use of the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, or systems that place bets in a non-human manner.
• Abusive or threatening behavior directed at the bet09 support team.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the real balance may be held during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms the violation, the balance may be fully or partially cancelled. The user is notified by email of any suspension or closure, including the reasons and the available appeal process.

Changes to the Terms: bet09 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

Intellectual Property: All content on the bet09 platform — including trademarks, logos, text, images, software, and layout — is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization from bet09 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: bet09 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform — betting is a risk activity and outcomes are not guaranteed. bet09 is responsible for the proper technical operation of the platform and for compliance with the conditions set out in these terms.

Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular:

• Law No. 13.756/2018 — Legal Framework for Fixed-Odds Betting in Brazil
• Law No. 8,078/1990 — Consumer Protection Code
• Law No. 13,709/2018 — General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
• Law No. 9,279/1996 — Industrial Property Law

Jurisdiction: The courts of the user's place of residence are elected as the jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code.
